MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILIETIES
- Design the compensation packages based on business goals, Job Descriptions, salary scheme and strategy to issue offers.
- Conduct salary and labor market research to define benchmarks.
- Participate in Salary and labor market Surveys (Collecting Data, receiving results and Offering Suggestions) to determine prevailing pay rates and benefits.
- Participate in the Merit Increase, Bonuses and Profit Share exercises.
- Keep abreast with new trend and best practice in the field.
- Conduct personnel periodic audits, prepare, and present reports.
- Prepare zero cost benefits booklet and Non-cash benefits operations.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years of practical experience in HR/Compensation & Benefits.
- Mathematical aptitude, analytical skills, logical thinking, and ability to work with and through people to establish goals, objectives, and action plans.
- Must always maintain confidentiality and be a positive role model to all in the company.
- Flexible and results oriented with excellent communication skills.
